What is VAP?

The Virtual Adoption Program (VAP) is one of our most cherished initiatives — created for people who wish to make a real difference in the life of a rescued dog, even if they are miles away.

Many of the dogs in our care are permanently dependent on us — either because they are paralyzed, blind, recovering from trauma, or simply unfit to return to the streets. These voiceless souls need lifelong care, which includes safe shelter, nutritious food, seasonal protection, medical attention, and most of all — love. This is where you step in.

By becoming a Virtual Parent, you sponsor a dog’s monthly boarding, food, and basic medical care, and in return, you become a part of their healing journey. You don’t just fund their care — you become family.

💝 What Does Virtual Adoption Include?

When you virtually adopt a dog, your sponsorship helps us provide:
Safe and clean shelter in a boarding facility
Daily nutritious meals and clean water
Seasonal comforts like heaters in winters, coolers in summers
Minor medical care and first aid
Routine deworming and yearly vaccination
Regular updates (pictures, videos, progress notes) about your adopted dog

🧡 Types of Virtual Adoption

You can choose how you'd like to support:

Full Virtual Adoption – ₹6,000/month

Sponsor 100% of the dog’s care. You become the sole virtual parent and receive regular updates on their wellbeing.

Partial Virtual Adoption – ₹3,000/month

Sponsor 50% of the monthly care. We find another co-parent to share the responsibility and you both parents will receive regular updates on their well being.

📸 Stay Connected to Your Indie Baby

We believe in keeping you emotionally involved. Once you adopt virtually, you receive regular updates twice a week, which include:
Video check-ins from the boarding facility
Meal, playtime, and treatment updates
Health status and progress reports
Seasonal care visuals (blankets, heaters, baths etc.)
Your virtually adopted dog may not be sleeping in your home but you’ll always stay connected with them

🤝 Why This Program Matters

Many rescued dogs cannot be released back due to their condition. While we handle the rescue and the daily caregiving, your support helps us sustain and expand this care. It’s a beautiful way to give love where it’s needed the most and in return, receive the kind of emotional bond that only animals can offer.
