Welcome to the website of Delhi Stray Animal Care Foundation, DeSAC. By using our website desac.org or making a donation, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

DeSAC works for animal welfare, including community animal feeding, rescue, medical care, sterilization support, rehabilitation, preventive care, adoption support, and related activities.

All donations made through the website are voluntary. The donor is responsible for ensuring that the details and donation amount entered are correct before completing the payment.

Donations received by DeSAC will be used towards animal welfare activities and operational requirements connected with the same.

DeSAC is currently not 12A/80G certified. Therefore, donations made to DeSAC are not eligible for tax exemption at this stage. DeSAC cannot guarantee any tax benefit to donors unless the required approvals are obtained in the future.

At present, DeSAC is not accepting foreign donations or international donations into the NGO account, as the organization does not hold FCRA registration.

DeSAC reserves the right to update, modify, or change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on the website.
