REFUND POLICY

Delhi Stray Animal Care Foundation (DeSAC) is committed to utilizing donations responsibly towards animal welfare activities, including community feeding, rescue, medical care, sterilization, rehabilitation, adoption support, and preventive care programs.

As donations are generally utilized promptly for charitable purposes, all donations made to DeSAC are considered voluntary and are ordinarily non-refundable.

Refund requests will only be considered under the following circumstances:

1. Duplicate payment made due to a technical or payment processing issue.
2. Incorrect donation amount entered by the donor unintentionally.
3. Payment gateway or technical transaction error resulting in an incorrect debit.

To request a refund, the donor must contact DeSAC within 7 days of the transaction and provide the following details:

* Name of the donor
* Transaction ID / Payment Reference Number
* Date of transaction
* Amount donated
* Reason for requesting the refund

All refund requests will be reviewed and verified by DeSAC before approval.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7 to 10 working days, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.

Please note that DeSAC reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not fall within the circumstances mentioned above.

DeSAC is currently not registered under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. Therefore, donations made to DeSAC are presently not eligible for tax exemption benefits.
